We want you to love your sunglasses. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and photos (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
